Meet Kit Carson Smith, the founder and Pizza Master behind the legendary Angelina’s. Hailing from a rural town in Georgia, Kit funded his college education by bartending and immersing himself in the hospitality trade, all while developing a deep passion for pizza. After finding his way to Key West and embracing the island life, he never imagined that he would one day own the coolest pizza joint in town. When the opportunity arose, he seized it, and thus began the journey of building what is now affectionately known across the country, and possibly the world, as “The Best Piece in Town”!

“Spinning pizza dough has its perks. A few years back, I met a driving rep from the Kelly Moss Porsche racing team. Now, I have my pizza art on the side of a beautiful orange Porsche that blazes around the track at over 150 miles per hour! When we get the opportunity, we ride up to the track and party with the race team. We even have our dry fit shirts in the shop for purchase. You can also get them online soon!”
